I haven't posted in a while because I've been slammed with clients and opening a facility...
ME Bench... worked up with a 2 board to 455.
Hit 475 on a 1 board but it was ugly... Not very smooth on the negative
Tri Death w/ 225
A1 Chin Ups 4x15
A2 T's on an Incline bench 4x12
some other stuff...
