Max Effort Upper and Lower

Max Effort Box Squat

added a the Metal Ace squat suit with the straps down for the workout...

missed 655.. I widened one of our squat racks so that I could squat wider. It turned out to be a pain in the ass. My Chucks were also slipping all of the place. The surface is hard wood so go figure that a basketball shoe would slide. I also had a rag to wipe them off and it didn't work. Next week I'll hit 665+. It wore myself out trying to set my feet. It was a CF trying get my feet set with a weight I haven't touched in over a year.

Bench
worked up raw to 315..
added shirt.. Metal Bash.. and sprayed the hell out of it with water.
365x2 on a 4 board
405x2 3 board
425x1 on a 2 board..
425x1 on a 1 board.. missed. I went to low and lost it.. I gave into the shirt
465x1 3 board
465x1 2 board.. was just short of touching but smoked the rep which was good.
My wrists didn't hurt so bad this week. I was much more stable with heavy weight. I also did get beat up as bad from the shirt. I was sore for 4 days last week.
