6/22 ME Upper body 455 on 3 board w chains

3 board press with 1 chain each side
I did some shirt work hoping that my shoulder didn't hurt like hell.
315, 355, 405, 435, 455 and smoked it.
It felt good but with only 1 spotter I pulled back..

Triceps death with 225 after..
then shoulder and back work to finish the day
