Max Effort Upper Body

2 board bench 135,185,225,275,315 raw
365 no touch, 405 touch, 435, 475 handled it good..and cut it.. My shoulder was starting to get irritated.

A1 Chin Ups w/ chain 4x8
A2 DB Lat Raise 4x8

B1 Skull Crushers 65 and 2 chains each 3x8
B2 Hammer Curls 3x8 50's

on the ice..
