back at it again.. t minus 5 weeks. pulled 545 with briefs last.

pulled 475 with 6 chains

A1 45 degree back raise with safety squat bar... 4x10
A2 Broad Jump 4x5

Hanging Leg Raises x10
Tea Cups on 45 degree back raise with 45 lb kb
