worked up to 405 on a 3 then 2 board...
435 on a 3 board.. smoked it..
465 on a 3 baord smoked it..
435 on a 2 board... took it to low and couldn't lock it out.. miss
435 on a 2 board..smoked it, NICE...

face pulls/pull a parts.. 3x15
Hammer Lat Pulldowns with a purple 3x10.. last set hit a bunch of iso holds at chest.
