1/15 Dynamic Effort Lower Body

Box Jumps from 2 foams pads on a low box to a box 4x5
KB Snatch 4x5 each w/ 44lbs form is getting better

DE Sumo deads w/ double mimi bands 8x2 (225x2x2, and 275x6x2) short rest

A1 Good Mornings 185 4x5 I wanted to get over 225 going into it but i just wasn't feeling it today so I worked on depth.
A2 G/H Crunches w/ blue 4x20
