I enjoy your training blog. I remember back in college when I trained Westside style, using ME and DE days all the time. Back then was when I finally broke a 1300 total at 185 lbs bodyweight. I know that's nothing compared to real powerlifters, but it's an accomplishment for me. Now, after years of less-than-ideal-training, I might be able to total 1100 if I am lucky on a good training day. Makes me want to get back into it, but I am currently training at a corporate facility without a power rack or squat rack, and no training partner.
