Conventional DL raw... ME 3- worked up to 455 and hit it... jumped to 465 and hit 3, the third was ugly but I got it
A1 reverse Hyper 75 lbs 3x30
A2 Hanging Leg Raise 3x12
Walking Lunges length of gym abd back.. 55lbs.. they sucked.. 2 sets
