Speed Box Squat 12x2 raw
185-205 hitting .80's pretty consistant with 185.. with 205 I would smoke 1 rep in the high .80"s and have the next around .74-.78's.. it went both ways were 1st rep was good and second bad... vice versa
Rack pulls below knees worked up to 515 for a single RAW. I got it but I didn't smoke it.
